Teamsters 2010 CX Healthcare Calculator 2026-2031

Which Pay Band Am I In?

Your pay band is based on your annualized salary rate, not your take-home pay.

Pay Band 1: $65,000 and under
Pay Band 2: $65,001 to $129,000
Pay Band 3: $129,001 to $194,000
Pay Band 4: $194,001 and over

For hourly employees, estimate your annualized salary using:

Hourly rate × scheduled hours per week × 52

Example:
$30.00 × 40 × 52 = $62,400, which falls in Pay Band 1.

UC may adjust pay-band thresholds. Check your current UC benefits information if you are unsure which band applies to you.

Appendix D maximums apply only to Pay Bands 1 and 2 in Kaiser and UC Blue & Gold. Subsidies begin January 1, 2027 and cannot create a cash payment or rollover credit.
